Custom Leagues

Custom Tennis League lets any player create and manage their own tennis league. Invite friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, schools, clubs, or any community group, and organize matches, standings, and champions—all in one platform.

America Tennis League

A Custom Tennis League empowers any player to become a league administrator and create their own tennis league in minutes. Whether it's for friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, schools, colleges, apartment communities, clubs, or local organizations, anyone can organize a league without needing a tennis club or association.

How It Works

Creating and managing your own tennis league is simple. Follow these steps to organize a league for your friends, family, coworkers, school, club, neighborhood, or community.

1. Sign Up for Free

Create your free account by completing the registration form. It only takes a few minutes to get started.

2. Verify Your Email

After registering, check your email and click the verification link to activate your account. Once verified, you'll be able to create and manage your own leagues.

3. Go to My Custom Leagues

Log in to your account and navigate to My Custom Leagues from your dashboard. This is where you can create, manage, and monitor all of your custom leagues.

4. Create Your League

Click Add League to create a new league. Give your league a name and organize it for any group, including:

  • Friends and family
  • Neighborhoods
  • Apartment communities
  • Coworkers and corporate teams
  • Schools and colleges
  • Tennis clubs and academies
  • Churches and community organizations

You control your league from start to finish.

5. Configure Your League

Customize your league by entering the league information, selecting the competition format (Singles or Doubles), choosing the season dates, and setting an optional player registration fee. You decide how your league will operate.

6. Invite Players

After your league is created, a unique invitation link will be generated automatically. Share the link by email, text message, social media, or any messaging app so players can register and join your league.

7. Reach the Minimum Player Requirement

Before scheduling can begin, your league must have at least 6 players for Singles or 6 teams for Doubles. Once the minimum requirement is met, you're ready to generate the schedule.

8. Generate the Round Robin Schedule

When registration is complete, click Request Match Generation. Our system will automatically create a balanced round robin schedule and publish all matches within 24 hours. Every player will be able to view their schedule online.

9. Record Scores and Track Standings

After each match, players or league administrators can submit match scores. Standings, rankings, wins, losses, and player statistics are updated automatically throughout the season, allowing everyone to follow the competition in real time.

10. Generate the Playoffs

After all round robin matches have been completed, click Request Playoff Generation. Based on the final standings, the system will automatically generate the playoff bracket and publish it within 24 hours.

11. Crown Your Champion

Play through the playoffs until a league champion is determined. Celebrate the winners, review season statistics, and start a new season whenever you're ready.
